Malwarebytes: Web Protection turning off – One way to fix problem

There are many suggestions from the forums and Malwarebytes on how to fix this issue. For example, they say to stop the application and restart, or uninstall the application, use the clean tool and reinstall. I have tried these solutions and others and for the most part, they worked, but not today. One suggestion was to send the log files to Malwarebytes so they could have a look.

The log files are located at C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs

Instead of sending the log files, I decided to delete everything in the logs folder. I restarted Malwarebytes and the problem went away.
